When shopping at clara-marie.com the following payment methods applies; Visa, MasterCard and Apple Pay. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. All our prices are listed in danish kroner (DKK) and include a 25% sales tax.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe we use Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL), which encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the Internet. You can tell if SSL is enabled because a padlock will display at the top of your browser, which you can click on to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
For Danish orders, we have a flat fee shipping rate, and charge DKK 49,- per order. Contact us for a quote if your order is to be delivered outside Denmark
For Danish orders, we typically ship with GLS and ship to a pick up location near your given delivery address. For international orders, we use several carriers depending on availability. The carrier will be specified in the “Order shipped” email, which you will receive once your package is on its way.
We strive to process and deliver your order within 3-4 working days. During sale season and holidays, please beware of a possible longer delivery.
You have the right to return you order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Any sum debited from your card will be credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and checked by Clare-Marie.
Clare-Marie offer a refund provided that the products are returned unworn, in perfect condition, with all tags and packaging attached. We hold the right to deny return if the product returned does not meet our policy requirements.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping and for any costs involved. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proff of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Clare-Marie will cover the return costs for faulty products or products that are damaged in transit to you in which case you should contact email@example.com with photographic evidence.
All sales are final after 14 days of the delivery date.

You are entitled to a two-year warranty on defective or faulty goods purchased at clara-marie.com. Should you, upon receiving your order find that it is faulty, defect or simply the wrong product, you are required to inform us within a reasonable period of time of receiving the product(s). Our return policy is valid for 14 days of the delivery date.
The warranty is invalidated if the defect or problem occurs as a result of misuse or any other action likely to result in damages to the product.
Clara Marie strives to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and Clara Marie will not be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
